Job summary

Dynalectric Arizona seeks a seasoned Field Training and Workforce Development Manager in Mesa, AZ to lead design, delivery, and management of workforce development initiatives for field supervision and craft professionals.

You will align recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing development with company standards, fostering a culture of continuous learning and safety excellence. Travel to other Dynalectric locations may be required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in workforce development, training, and field operations within electrical construction.
• Minimum 10 years of General Foreman or higher experience.
• Active electrical license or apprenticeship certification.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience developing and implementing training programs and curriculum.
• Strong understanding of adult learning methods and training techniques.
• Strong knowledge of NEC (NFPA 70) and safety standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Define long-term workforce development goals in AZ with leadership.
• Develop Field Leadership training for Superintendents, Foremen, and Supervisors.
• Collaborate with HR, Marketing, and Operations to align onboarding and training.
• Assist in indenturing process with IBEW and JATC for new hires.
• Support onboarding with feedback on new hires' skillsets.
• Oversee training programs focusing on skills, safety, and compliance.
• Lead and mentor AZ Training Facilitators and Coordinators.
• Coordinate and support training with Safety and HR departments.
• Ensure alignment of field leadership training with Project Management training.
