Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical training, customer education, field service, or related areas.
• Experience in at least one utility sector: water, natural gas, or electric utilities.
• Strong ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver technical training programs for customers in the utility industry.
• Create and maintain training materials, presentations, and guides.
• Facilitate in-person, virtual, and on-site training sessions.
• Assess training needs and develop learning strategies to improve knowledge and efficiency.
• Translate complex concepts into clear, practical instruction for varied audiences.
• Collaborate with customers, field teams, and engineers to ensure accuracy.
• Provide technical guidance on system functionality and maintenance procedures.
• Evaluate training effectiveness via feedback and performance metrics.
• Maintain training records and competency documentation per procedures.
