Job summary

Primoris Power Delivery is seeking a Training Specialist to join our Raleigh, NC area team. The role collaborates with Operations, Safety, HR, customers and subcontractors to ensure clear communication, adherence to safety policies, and effective training content development for new hires and ongoing programs.

The position is hybrid in the Raleigh office, focusing on organizing training materials, maintaining rosters, and supporting multiple training events across sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in substation, transmission, underground or overhead distribution.
• Willing to travel to multiple locations to facilitate training.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Organize, schedule, and facilitate training for New Hire Orientation and compliance training.
• Maintain training rosters and records for all training classes.
• Assist in multiple training events in corporate settings using traditional or modern methods.
