Job summary

Costa Vida is seeking a Field Training Manager to lead training initiatives for existing locations and new store openings. You will ensure teams are fully trained and prepared for successful, on-time openings.

You will drive consistency, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across locations by designing programs, coaching leaders, and collaborating with District Trainers and Operations. This role requires travel to sites and a strong focus on brand standards and performance data.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in restaurant operations, field training, training and development or related field.
• Experience coaching and developing employees and leaders.
• New store openings or multi-unit restaurant experience preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, organization, and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across departments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and commitment to operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate training for new store openings, ensuring teams are prepared and locations open on time.
• Design, implement, and evaluate field training programs for existing locations.
• Partner with District Trainers, Operations, and Training Development Manager to ensure consistent training and brand standards.
• Evaluate training effectiveness using feedback and performance data and implement improvements.
• Coach and develop restaurant leaders and team members to improve performance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align training with company goals and operational needs.
