Fujifilm is seeking a Field Marketing Training Manager to lead training and educational initiatives for its Electronic Imaging Division. This role focuses on empowering staff and partners through effective training programs, enhancing customer experience, and collaborating across teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in photography and videography, excellent communication skills, and the ability to travel for events.
Position Overview
The Field Marketing Training Manager is a strategic and hands-on role responsible for the development, implementation, and execution of technical training and channel education programs for products within the Electronic Imaging Division and Optical Devices Division. This individual will lead initiatives to empower internal staff, brand ambassadors, end-users, and channel partners with the knowledge and tools they need to succeed. This role will be critical in elevating the customer experience through educational outreach, event support, and cross-functional collaboration with sales, marketing, and product teams.

Job Description
Responsibilities:
Training & Support
Deliver in-person and virtual training sessions to staff, creators, dealers, and end-users.
Help develop and maintain training materials and resources.
Support creator workshops, Tech Time Q&A sessions, and Tech Talk webinars.
Provide on-set technical support for small productions when needed.
Content Creation
Assist with filming, editing, and publishing educational content.
Work with the marketing team to create technical guides, how-to videos, and presentations.
Event & Dealer Support
Attend and support trade shows, events, and dealer workshops.
Provide virtual and in-person product demos and technical training to retail and channel partners.
Help dealers with tools and resources to promote and sell Fujifilm products.
Sales & Market Support
Stay informed on new products, competitor activity, and customer needs.
Share insights with the team to help improve product messaging and positioning.
Collaborate with brand and product marketing teams on strategies to grow awareness in the photo and video market segments
Requirements:
2–4 years of experience in training, field marketing, or customer support.
Strong knowledge of photography, videography, or cinema production workflows.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Comfortable creating and editing photo & video content.
Ability to travel frequently to support events and various channel marketing activities
Knowledge of and familiarity with Fujifilm mirrorless digital cameras and lenses a plus.
Salary and Benefits: (Include for roles that are/can be based in NY and CO)
$75,500 depending on experience; bonus eligible
