Impact You Can Make

This position will support the design and development of educational materials for the Training and Education team, including new hire sales training courses and maintaining LMS training modules through the CMR approval process.

• Assist in instructional design and LMS maintenance
• Support the development of educational programs
• Create and update content, learning tools, and assessments based on field leadership input
• Manage MS Teams sites and develop content for programming, leveraging the CMR process

What You Bring

• Remote work capability
• Effective and diplomatic collaboration with multiple functions such as sales, marketing, regulatory, and engineering
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Health Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred
• Experience in cardiac surgery or arrhythmia procedures
• Experience in educational content creation and medical device marketing management
• Experience with LMS and content management systems is highly desirable
• Willingness to travel up to 25%, including overnights and weekends
• Ability to pass account and hospital credentialing processes
