GE Vernova is seeking a Training Specialist to plan, coordinate, and deliver technical training for employees. You’ll manage training schedules, enroll participants, and handle logistics to ensure smooth course delivery, working with instructors and stakeholders across functions.

The role emphasizes strong organization, cross-team collaboration, and a learner-first approach, with responsibilities spanning records, certifications, and program support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or a High School Diploma / GED and a minimum of 4 years of equivalent experience in training administration, coordination, scheduling, enrollment, logistics, operations, or related roles.
• Training operations experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support field services training activities for employees.
• Manage class creation, instructor assignments, and classroom scheduling.
• Oversee student enrollment, registrations, and course credits.
• Coordinate participant logistics including lodging, transportation, and site access.
• Serve as main contact for learners from enrollment to course completion.
• Support training records, surveys, certificates, and EHS completions.
