Job summary

ModWash is seeking a Field Trainer to ensure a safe, knowledgeable work environment and outstanding guest experiences while reinforcing our company standards across sites.

You will train managers and team members on site operations, maintenance, checklists, sales opportunities, and customer service, with regional travel up to 90%. You’ll develop curriculum, mentor staff, and collaborate with leaders to drive top and bottom-line results.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 3+ years of training experience.
• Ability to travel regionally and to all states of operation.
• Valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Proficient in technologies and equipment used in car wash operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Flexible scheduling, including some weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Train managers and team members on technical aspects of site operations.
• Train on daily and weekly tunnel operations checklists.
• Train on preventative maintenance.
• Train on daily operations, including open/closing checklists, sales opportunities, customer service, and teamwork.
• Train on administrative requirements and using company systems.
• Schedule and train field managers on troubleshooting equipment.
• Develop talent through designated career path programs and mentorship.
• Improve training curriculum through content development based on experience and feedback.
• Provide resources to drive top and bottom-line results.
• Project a positive image of the organization to employees, customers, industry, and community.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Must travel up to 90% of the time.
