Job summary

You will provide hands-on training, cover preventative maintenance and daily operations checklists, and empower leaders to become site experts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 3+ years of experience in a training role.
• Ability to travel within the regional area.
• Valid driver's license and insurance.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office or related software.
• Strong interpersonal skills and flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Train managers and team members on site operation technical aspects.
• Train on daily and weekly tunnel operations checklist.
• Train on preventative maintenance.
• Train on daily operations including checklists and sales opportunities.
• Train on administrative requirements and using company systems.
• Schedule and train field managers on troubleshooting equipment.
• Develop site experts to conduct new employee trainings.
• Assist in improving training curriculum through feedback and development.
• Develop talent through career path programs and mentorship.
• Provide training resources to drive site performance.
• Project a positive image of the organization to employees and customers.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
