Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in a training role.
• Must be willing to travel within the regional area and across states as needed.
• Valid driver's license and insurance are required.

Responsibilities

• Train managers and team members on site operations and safety protocols.
• Deliver training on daily and weekly tunnel operations checklists and preventative maintenance.
• Educate staff on administrative requirements and company systems.
• Schedule and conduct field manager trainings for troubleshooting equipment.
• Develop and update training curriculum based on feedback and performance.
