Job summary

Securitas, Inc. is seeking an experienced Field Training Supervisor in Seattle, WA to lead and oversee training programs for security staff.

You’ll deliver classroom and on-the-job instruction, develop materials, and ensure compliance with training requirements while supporting operations leadership. This role requires coaching, performance monitoring, audits, and the ability to coordinate with multiple teams.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• College degree or 2+ years of professional management experience and high school diploma or GED required.
• Standard computer / technology skills needed.
• 1+ years of experience in customer service and 1+ years of experience in security required.
• Must be responsible, accountable, objective, and have a strong work ethic.
• Strong verbal/written communication skills are essential.
• Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills are a plus.
• Able to interact professionally with a wide range of individuals.

Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom and on-the-job training to employees and job candidates, including drills and health and safety instruction.
• Provide ongoing coaching and support to specialists and staff as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all legal, contractual, and company-mandated training and certification requirements.
• Partner with operations leadership to identify training needs and support performance improvements initiatives.
• Develop, schedule, and coordinate training programs while minimizing impact to client operations.
• Create, update, and maintain training materials, reference guides, and assessments.
• Maintain accurate training records and prepare reports on training effectiveness and employee progress.
• Conduct audits, document training and coaching activities, and report findings to leadership.
• Cross-train with Training and Development Supervisors to provide backup support as needed.
