Job summary

Constellis is seeking a Senior Supervisory Security Officer to lead security operations and supervise a deputy team across designated properties in Seattle, WA. The role emphasizes on-shift leadership, task delegation, and client liaison with first-response capabilities.

Responsibilities include training Security Officers, incident response, event security management, and ensuring policy compliance. Requires strong English communication, physical fitness, and relevant firearms and security

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree required.
• Minimum 3 years of security supervisory experience.
• Four to six years in a U.S. Military Special Operations Unit or U.S. Law Enforcement Special Operations Unit, OR four years in a combat MOS with two years as a sworn officer, OR six years as a sworn officer.

Responsibilities

• Report to Contract Managers and Assistant Contract Managers.
• Direct and supervise Security Officers on shift.
• Coordinate scheduling, training, and counseling for Security Officers.
• Oversee security for special events and access control.
• Perform timekeeping, scheduling, and report tracking.
• Maintain professional appearance and discipline among security staff.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate with authorities.
