Dineamic Hospitality is seeking a Training Specialist to develop and deliver onboarding and ongoing training for hourly staff across venues, with occasional work at the Chicago corporate office. You will lead classroom sessions, coach teams on service standards, and update materials to reflect menus and policy changes.

The role emphasizes in-venue training, collaboration with venue management, and ensuring consistent service excellence across brands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or certificate in Education, Hospitality Management, HR, or related field.
• Experience training adult learners in classroom and operational settings.
• Experience working with a Learning Management System (LMS) preferred.
• Background as a teacher, trainer, coach, or facilitator strongly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead onboarding and orientation for all new frontline employees.
• Facilitate classroom-style training sessions and hands-on learning experiences.
• Train employees on service standards, menu knowledge, and guest engagement techniques.
• Provide real-time coaching, feedback, and performance support on the floor.
• Collaborate with venue leadership to ensure training programs are executed daily.
• Maintain training content reflecting current menus, offerings, and policies.
