Crothall Healthcare in the United States is seeking a Training Coordinator to steer the content of daily training initiatives using corporate programs. The role emphasizes customizing training documentation and coordinating sessions for staff and management trainees.

You will collaborate with Corporate HR and Training staff to plan, schedule, and report on training activity, ensuring consistency across sites and timely delivery of onboarding, refreshers, and development programs.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively in written format and oral presentations.
• Ability to multi-task and establish priorities.
• Ability to maintain organization in a changing environment.
• Exhibits initiative, responsibility, flexibility and leadership.
• Spanish speaking preferred.

Responsibilities

• Customizes training documentation forms
• Prepares monthly reports of training activity and statistics
• Connects with other Training Coordinators, Corporate HR and Training staff
• Plans, coordinates, and executes new‑hire training, education of staff members and management trainees on both one‑on‑one and small group levels
• Performs other duties as assigned
