Job summary

Crothall Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, is seeking a Training Coordinator to steer daily training content using corporate initiatives. The role focuses on coordinating programs for associates and management trainees, both one-on-one and in small groups.

You will prepare monthly activity reports, connect with Training staff and Corporate HR, and help execute new-hire training. Spanish-speaking candidates are preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively in written format and oral presentations.
• Ability to multi-task and establish priorities.
• Ability to maintain organization in a changing environment.
• Exhibits initiative, responsibility, flexibility and leadership.
• Spanish Speaking preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares monthly reports of training activity and statistics
• Connects with other Training Coordinators, Corporate HR and Training staff
• Plans, coordinates, and executes new-hire training, education of staff members and management trainees on both one-on-one and small group levels
• Performs other duties as assigned
