Job summary

Flagger Force, Inc. is seeking a Field Trainer 2 to deliver hands-on field training and classroom instruction, ensuring safety and quality standards are met. You will coach employees, evaluate learners, and guide junior instructors while maintaining organized classrooms and training materials.

Responsibilities include 50% classroom delivery, 50% field coaching, and administering the BWZ and DRIVE programs. Occasional travel within 1–2 hours from home is required, with opportunities for overnight

Qualifications

• Expert in hands-on field training techniques.
• Ability to identify and support student career development.
• Proficient in maintaining high student engagement levels.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must hold all required DOT qualifications for assigned territory.
• Valid driver’s license per company standards.
• Steel-toed boots or ability to obtain prior to employment.
• Maintain internal training certifications through Flagger Force Academy.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert hands-on training and classroom instruction to ensure safety and quality standards are understood and applied.
• Identify and support student growth by making objective recommendations for career development.
• Enhance and maintain high student engagement levels using interactive teaching methods.
• Administer hands-on training for various courses, including 50% classroom instruction and 50% field work.
• Test and evaluate students, record grades, and dismiss non-eligible students as needed.
• Review training materials for accuracy and relevance.
• Travel within 1–2 hours from home frequently, with overnight stays as needed.
