Job summary

ElectroCraft, Inc. seeks a Training & HR Coordinator to support workforce development and day-to-day HR operations on the manufacturing floor.

You will manage onboarding, required training, certification tracking, and employee records; coordinate with supervisors and external instructors; and help ensure audit-ready documentation and confidential handling of information. Qualifications

• Experience coordinating onboarding, training, and HR support.
• Maintain personnel files and HRIS data with confidentiality.
• Prepare headcount and training-completion reports.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 apps and HRIS tooling.
• Experience with manufacturing floor environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate new-hire orientation, onboarding, and training assignments.
• Maintain the plant training matrix and track required trainings.
• Schedule classroom, on-the-job, refresher, and external training; monitor attendance.
• Maintain current records for employee certifications, licenses, qualifications, and recertification dates.
• Assist with training materials, presentations, checklists, and skills assessments.
• Coordinate with community colleges, external instructors, and other training resources as needed.
• Monitor training effectiveness through data, supervisor feedback, and performance indicators.
• Prepare routine training metrics and follow up on overdue assignments.
• Support recruiting activities, including posting, interview coordination, and hiring materials.
• Process documentation for new hires, transfers, promotions, wage changes, and separations.
• Maintain personnel files, HRIS data, policy acknowledgments, attendance documentation, and other records.
• Assist employees with routine policy, benefits, payroll, timekeeping, and questions; escalate complex matters.
• Support benefits enrollment, open enrollment, and company events.
• Prepare reports on headcount, turnover, attendance, vacancies, onboarding, and training completion.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle employee information with sound judgment.
• Follow retention requirements and assist audits.
