Job summary

Allegiant Business Group in Texas seeks a Sales Representative & Field Trainer to blend outside sales with leadership development. You will meet with local business owners and employees to present supplemental insurance options while mentoring newer agents.

Representatives work as independent contractors with schedule autonomy, supported by training resources and leadership guidance. Ideal candidates have outside sales or mentorship experience and are motivated to grow their book of business.

Qualifications

• Experience in outside sales or mentorship roles.
• Ability to coach and develop others while growing own book of business.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with small and mid-sized business clients.
• Conduct in-person benefit presentations and enrollment-style meetings.
• Recommend supplemental insurance solutions based on client needs.
• Mentor and support newer agents through field training and coaching.
• Lead by example through consistent personal production.
• Maintain accurate activity and client records using Salesforce CRM.
• Prospect through referrals, networking, and scheduled appointments.
• Collaborate with leadership to set weekly goals and support team development.
• Provide ongoing client service, follow-up, and re-servicing.
