Qualifications

• Experience in outside sales or leadership/mentorship roles.
• Ability to mentor new agents.
• Strong relationship-building in face-to-face settings.
• Organized, self-motivated, reliable.
• Willing to obtain Health & Life license.
• Own transportation and ability to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with business clients.
• Conduct in-person benefit presentations and enrollment meetings.
• Recommend supplemental insurance solutions.
• Mentor newer agents through field training.
• Lead by example with personal production.
• Maintain activity and client records in Salesforce.
• Prospect via referrals, networking, and appointments.
• Collaborate with leadership to set weekly goals.
