Job summary

Allegiant Business Group is seeking a Sales Representative & Field Trainer to drive direct B2B sales and mentor peers within a local territory. You will meet with business owners and staff, present benefits, and tailor supplemental insurance solutions to client needs.

You’ll lead by example, build strong relationships, and support teammates through hands-on coaching and ongoing training resources. Flexibility and autonomy are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Prior outside sales experience in B2B environments.
• Leadership or mentorship experience is a plus.
• Willingness to obtain Health & Life licensing.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with business clients.
• Conduct in-person benefit presentations and enrollment meetings.
• Recommend supplemental insurance solutions based on client needs.
• Mentor and support newer agents through field training.
• Lead by example with personal production.
• Maintain accurate activity and client records using Salesforce CRM.
• Prospect via referrals, networking, and scheduled appointments.
• Collaborate with leadership to set weekly goals and support team development.
• Provide ongoing client service, follow-up, and re-servicing.
