Qualifications

• Outside sales experience or leadership/mentorship roles.
• Strong relationship-building and communication with clients.
• Willing to obtain Health & Life license.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with small and mid-sized business clients.
• Conduct in-person benefit presentations and enrollment-style meetings.
• Mentor and support newer agents through field training and coaching.
• Maintain activity and client records using Salesforce CRM.
• Prospect through referrals, networking, and scheduled appointments.
• Collaborate with leadership to set weekly goals and support team development.
• Provide ongoing client service, follow-up, and re-servicing.
• Lead by example through consistent personal production.
