Job summary

Allegiant Business Group in Texas is seeking a B2B Sales Representative & Trainer to blend outside sales with leadership and mentorship. You’ll meet business owners and employees, coach newer agents, and grow your own book of business in a flexible, independent contractor arrangement.

You’ll develop relationships, present benefits solutions, and lead by example while benefiting from structured training and leadership resources.

Qualifications

• Outside sales experience with coaching or mentorship experience is preferred.
• Ability to build relationships with business owners and employees.
• Organized, self-motivated and dependable with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow relationships with small and mid-sized business clients.
• Conduct in-person benefit presentations and enrollment-style meetings.
• Recommend supplemental insurance solutions based on client needs.
• Mentor and support newer agents through field coaching and guidance.
• Lead by example through consistent personal production.
• Maintain accurate client and activity records in Salesforce CRM.
• Prospect new opportunities through referrals, networking, and scheduled appointments.
• Collaborate with leadership to set weekly goals and support team development.
• Provide ongoing client service, follow-up, and re-servicing.
