Job summary

Ascend Staffing is seeking a Field Trainer to learn, operate, and train on the software systems we use to drive best practices. The role requires traveling to branches for onboarding and training, plus creating and delivering trainings, both in person and virtually.

Ideal candidates have strong public speaking, organizational skills, and computer proficiency. You will collaborate with multiple departments to implement new processes and improve training programs while maintaining reliable on-site

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication skills preferred.
• Analytical and methodical when approaching challenges.
• Computer literate and proficient with Microsoft Suite.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks based on urgency.

Responsibilities

• Travel to branch locations to train internal employees.
• Conduct new hire trainings.
• Be a subject matter expert on software programs.
• Manage and create LMS modules.
• Create virtual trainings and conduct them independently.
• Co-conduct corporate trainings.
• Answer training helpdesk tickets.
• Work closely with the support center departments to assist with operational trainings.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of your working time.
• Regular and reliable on-site attendance is an essential function of this position.

Field TrainerJob Summary

Field Trainer position is an entry-level position that assumes the responsibility of learning, operating, and training on various software systems that the company utilizes to perform and enhance best practices. This job requires some travel to work with various branches in onboarding and training. Building and conducting trainings is a priority for this position and requires excellent public speaking, organizational, and computer skills as well as content knowledge. This role requires working closely with other departments to strategize, provide insight, and train on new processes.
