Job summary

Econolite Group is seeking a Laborer in Port St. Lucie, FL to support installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of traffic signals and ITS devices. This hands-on role involves working at street intersections, assisting with cabinet wiring, and supporting field crews.

Candidates should have a High School diploma, 1+ year related experience, knowledge of traffic control regulations, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. This full-time position offers weekly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent.
1+ years of related traffic signal/ITS/construction experience preferred.
Knowledge of OSHA regulations.
Ability to wire and connect cables for signal operation.

Responsibilities

Assist in maintenance for traffic signal controllers and cabinets and troubleshoot wiring problems.
Install various traffic signal controllers, video detection systems, CCTV and related hardware.
Assist with installation and replacement of poles, signal heads, ISNS, street lighting and related items.
Troubleshoot and repair wiring problems in the street and in cabinets; assist with conduit and pull boxes.
