You will execute territory plans, visit stores, negotiate placements, monitor inventory, and analyze sales trends to deliver actionable insights and reporting. A high school diploma is required, with preference for FMCG/retail experience and solid Excel/PowerPoint skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college graduates encouraged to apply.
• Experience in retail sales, trade marketing, merchandising, or FMCG preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to turn sales data into actionable insights.
• Experience with Trade Marketing Execution (TME) software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute territory sales and merchandising plans for retail accounts.
• Build strong relationships with retail partners through regular store visits.
• Negotiate product placement, promotions, and merchandising opportunities.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment as needed.
• Analyze sales trends, market activity, and competitor performance.
• Educate retailers on category management and merchandising best practices.
• Maintain accurate reporting and performance metrics.
