Job summary

Grahamjobs seeks a Trade Marketing Representative to expand market share in the Mobile, AL area. You will build and maintain retailer relationships, execute promotions, and optimize product visibility to drive growth.

In this field-based role, you will analyze sales trends, plan visits, and collaborate with sales and marketing teams to execute national and regional initiatives. Travel within the territory is expected.

Qualifications

• Required: High School Diploma or equivalent; ability to travel across territory.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM tools.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Willing and able to travel including overnight stays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an assigned territory by developing strong relationships with retail partners.
• Plan and prioritize customer visits using territory planning tools and sales data.
• Execute merchandising standards and planograms to maximize shelf presence.
• Educate retail partners on merchandising best practices and category growth opportunities.
• Negotiate promotional activities and product placement to drive sell-out.
• Analyze sales performance and territory trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Maintain accurate reporting and CRM activity for the territory.
