Qualifications

• ASET minimum degree or equivalent work experience in supporting complex capital equipment for the semiconductor industry is required.
• Strong analytical and mechanical aptitude with ability to troubleshoot across software, electronics, optics, and electro-mechanical systems.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.

Responsibilities

• Install new tools at customer sites and meet cycle-time targets.
• Evaluate, analyze, diagnose, and troubleshoot equipment problems during installation.
• Prepare field service reports and daily passdowns on installation progress and non-conformances.
• Travel domestically and internationally to customer sites.
• Work with senior engineers to carry out POAs.
