Job summary

Nextpower is seeking a Tool Applications Specialist to support testing, validation, and field deployment of tooling and fasteners. The role runs bench tests, captures FFF data, and trains field teams while coordinating with leadership.

The position requires hands-on mechanical skills, strong documentation ability, and up to 50% travel to project sites. You will report on trial results and support issue resolution in the field.

Qualifications

• Hands-on mechanical troubleshooting ability.
• Experience with field support or product testing is preferred.
• Ability to prepare clear technical reports and maintain records.

Responsibilities

• Perform bench testing and evaluation of tools, fasteners, and consumables.
• Create and maintain FFF documentation in Arena.
• Travel up to 50% to project sites to support field trials and training.
• Document field trial data and maintain test records.
• Communicate findings to field teams and leadership.
