Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in commercial construction, building envelope or fenestration.
• Ability to learn building envelope systems, including wall cladding, curtain wall, window and door systems, waterproofing and roofing.

Responsibilities

• Lead field testing projects, data collection and report writing.
• Set up for testing including rough carpentry to construct test chambers.
• Run equipment on interior of buildings and interact with customers during testing.
• Operate high reach lift equipment (boom lifts, scaffolding).
• Assist with forensic investigations of building envelope failures.
