Job summary

Ecolab is seeking a Territory Sales and Service Representative to join our Charleston, WV market. You will manage a territory, service laundry and dish machines, dispense equipment and systems, and sell new solutions to improve cleanliness, safety and efficiency for customers in hospitality, education and healthcare.

Travel within Charleston, Beckley, Huntington and surrounding areas is required. You will train at Ecolab HQ in Minnesota for 3 weeks and receive a company vehicle and phone for

Qualifications

• 2 years of sales, mechanical service, customer service, food service or hospitality industry-related experience.
• Availability to work overnight shifts and provide emergency assistance which may occur at night, on weekends and over holidays.
• A current and valid Driver's License with no restrictions.
• No immigration sponsorship available for this position.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers using tools and apps to recommend programs and solutions.
• Grow sales within existing customer accounts by communicating total value.
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on laundry and dish machines and dispensing equipment.
• Provide emergency service to customers by phone or in person.
• Assist in installation of equipment and solutions and ensure safe operation.
• Manage equipment, parts, and inventory to control costs.
