Job summary

Ecolab is seeking a Territory Sales and Service Representative to cover the Charleston, WV market and surrounding areas. You will manage your own territory, service laundry and dish machines, dispense equipment, and sell new solutions to help customers achieve a cleaner, safer, healthier environment.

After initial training at the Ecolab facility, you’ll work with restaurants, hotels, schools, and long-term care facilities to grow accounts, with occasional travel to corporate HQ and flexible

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years of sales, mechanical service, customer service, food service or hospitality experience.
• Ability to work overnight shifts and provide emergency assistance as needed.
• Valid driver’s license with no restrictions; no immigration sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers in assigned territory using tools and apps to recommend programs and solutions.
• Grow sales within existing accounts by communicating total value.
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on laundry and dish machines and dispensing equipment.
• Provide emergency service to customers by phone or in person when needed.
• Assist in installation of equipment and solutions and ensure safe operation.
• Manage equipment, parts, and inventory to control costs.
