Qualifikationen

• Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout assigned territory.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Own and manage an assigned sales territory with growth and performance accountability.
• Identify, target, and develop new commercial and industrial customers.
• Build a robust prospect pipeline through cold calling, referrals, and site visits.
• Develop and present service proposals and pricing; negotiate contract terms.
• Close new business in alignment with company guidelines.
• Partner with Operations to ensure smooth service implementation and retention.
• Identify upsell opportunities within existing accounts.
• Collaborate with Operations, Dispatch, and Customer Service to align service delivery.
