Job summary

Criterion is seeking a Territory Marketing Manager to cover Arkansas. The role involves managing insurance agencies, building deep relationships, and promoting commercial insurance products while retaining and expanding the territory.

Candidate should be energetic, personable, self-motivated, with 5+ years in a carrier environment and relevant degrees/designations; travel will be 50-60% within the territory and some events may be in-person.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with a carrier or insurer in field sales.
• Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and markets.
• Degree and/or professional insurance designations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Call on existing agencies within Arkansas and develop deep relationships.
• Promote value-added commercial insurance products and retain accounts.
• Identify new opportunities to grow the territory and meet targets.
• Attend conventions and networking events; conduct virtual meetings when appropriate.

• Territory Marketing Manager role responsible for managing insurance agencies within the state of Arkansas.
• Call on existing agencies, develop deep relationships and bring value added commercial insurance products, while retaining accounts and finding new opportunities to grow the territory.
• Looking for a high-energy, and personable sales & field marketing insurance professional that’s self-motivated and passionate about the insurance business. This highly technical and organized Territory Marketing Manager should have 5+ years’ experience working for a carrier, ideally with a degree and/or insurance designations.
