Job summary

Aeroflow Health is seeking a Territory Manager for the Baltimore area to drive growth in sleep therapy referrals. This home-based role requires daily travel to providers, building relationships, and turning activity into measurable territory expansion.

You will spend most days in the field, meeting with sleep, pulmonology, cardiology, ENT, neurology, and primary care providers, expanding referral networks and increasing patient access to Aeroflow’s services.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales or account management experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proven ability to meet measurable goals and quotas.
• Knowledge of healthcare or DME is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Visit 10–20 accounts daily across the assigned territory.
• Maintain and grow existing referral relationships while developing new ones.
• Identify high-opportunity sources and build growth strategies.
• Use territory tools to prioritize time for maximum impact.
• Own the territory activity, relationships, and results.
• Spend the majority of time in the field with providers and staff.
• Host educational conversations and lunch‑and‑learns with partners.
