Job summary

Dreem Health, By Sunrise, is seeking a Territory Manager to cultivate relationships with physicians and clinics in California, driving referrals to our digital sleep clinic. You will promote sleep care services, organize lunch & learns, and educate providers to grow the referral network.

The role requires 2+ years in healthcare partnerships or sales, a valid driver's license, and experience with CRM systems such as Hubspot. You will be part of a mission-driven team expanding access to care.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in healthcare, either in partnerships, provider relations, or sales.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
• Experience with CRM systems (Hubspot) and data reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with physicians, specialists, and clinics to drive referrals.
• Promote sleep care services and organize lunch & learns to create awareness in your territory.
• Track referral activity and share insights with internal teams.
• Help shape growth strategy and be hands-on in expanding access to care.
