Job summary

Dreem Health, part of Sunrise, seeks a Territory Manager for the San Diego area to build trusted relationships with physicians and clinics, driving referrals to our digital sleep clinic. You will promote our sleep care services, educate providers, organize lunch & learns, and track referral activity across your territory.

We require 2+ years in healthcare sales/partnerships, a business-related degree, a valid driver's license, and experience with CRM and data reporting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in healthcare, partnerships, provider relations or sales.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• Valid Driver's License with clean driving record.
• Strong understanding of healthcare referral processes.

Your Opportunity

As a Territory Manager at Dreem Health, you'll be out in the field every day, building trusted relationships with physicians, specialists, and clinics to drive referrals to our digital sleep clinic. You'll promote our life‑changing sleep care services, especially for patients with sleep apnea, by educating providers, organizing lunch & learns, and creating awareness across your territory. You'll track referral activity, share insights with internal teams, and play a hands‑on role in shaping how we grow. Must live in the following cities: Encinitas, Escondido, San Marcos, Poway, Oceanside, Vista, Del Mar, Carlsbad, Solana Beach, Fallbrook, or Ramona

What You Bring

• 2+ years in healthcare, either in partnerships, provider relations, or sales
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field
• Valid Driver's License and clean driving record
• Strong understanding of healthcare referral processes
• Experience with CRM systems (we use Hubspot) and data reporting tools
• A genuine passion for improving healthcare access and patient outcomes

Compensation

$80,000 - $85,000 base salary; On-target-earnings up to $120,000

Compensation Range - Depending On Experience $80,000—$85,000 USD
