Job summary

6 Degrees Search is seeking a Territory Manager to operate a fully stocked mobile store, delivering industrial hardware directly to customers within a defined geographic territory. The role emphasizes prospecting, cold-calling, and on-site product demonstrations via the mobile store.

Ideal candidates will reside in the assigned territory, own or lease a mobile store vehicle, and maintain a clean driving history.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent; outside industrial sales experience, especially in route or industrial sales, is preferred.
• Strong tenured background; no job hopping; ideal candidate has a maximum of 3 companies over the past 10 years.
• Excellent analytical, reasoning, and organizational skills. Proficiency with databases, spreadsheets, email, and common business applications is expected.

Responsibilities

• Prospect & Sell: Develop new sales prospects through research, referrals, and calling on businesses near existing customers. Make face-to-face calls on cold and warm sales prospects.
