GAINSCO Auto Insurance is seeking an energetic Territory Development Manager to drive growth in the Tampa/Orlando area. You will partner with independent agencies, using email, calls, virtual meetings and in-person visits to implement a contact strategy and boost policy production.

The role requires 2+ years of sales experience, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and the ability to influence agents. Travel ~25% with a competitive salary and bonus opportunities; company vehicle and comprehensive

Qualifications

• 2+ years of successful sales experience.
• Experience with insurance sales is a plus.
• Ability to positively influence agents to increase territory production.
• Salesforce experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Achieve defined daily, weekly, and monthly production goals.
• Make a targeted number of contacts each day via email, calls, virtual meetings, and in-person visits.
• Review agency performance and coach for continuous improvement.
• Manage agency contests and quarterly bonus programs.
• Set and communicate goals for each agent and develop strategies to achieve them.
• Conduct commission conversations with agency owners to optimize commissions.
• Review commission statements and manage agency footprint targets.
• Identify and appoint agents in desired areas based on market data.
• Oversee territory strategy and adjust actions to hit targets.
• Ensure compliance with best practices and document activities in Salesforce.
