GAINSCO is seeking a dynamic Territory Sales Representative to drive growth in the Tampa/Orlando market. This field-based role involves partnering with Independent Agencies, using a mix of email, calls, virtual meetings, and in-person visits to execute a comprehensive contact strategy.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 2+ years of sales experience, and a proven ability to influence agents to boost territory production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of successful sales experience.
• Experience with insurance sales is a plus.
• Salesforce experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Achieve defined daily, weekly, and monthly production goals.
• Make a targeted number of contacts each day through various channels (email, phone, virtual meetings, in-person).
• Review agency performance and coach for continuous improvement.
