• Install, configure, and commission telecoms hardware/software at client sites.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot network/voice faults.
• Perform routine maintenance of telecoms infrastructure.
• Respond to service calls and dispatches promptly.
• Provide basic user training and on-site support.
