We are looking for a Field Telecommunications Technician in the Honolulu area who has a strong desire to resolve technical issues, is flexible, learns quickly, and can work independently while providing support and guidance to our customer base on SONIFI products. Are you ready to be the face of an exciting technical organization? Pay range based upon experience between $21 - $34 per hour.
No desk here! Your day will be spent supporting our customers in your region. We will supply you with the tools needed for success: a company vehicle, tools, cell phone, laptop, and technical support.
As the face for our organization, we are looking for someone who is passionate about the customer and strives to provide a great customer experience. We need someone who can communicate thoughtfully and professionally with the staff at our hospitality customers and understand and respect the boundaries, protocols, and empathy needed in our healthcare customer environments.
In addition to your passion for solving problems, a technical degree plus ONE year of related experience in areas such as High-Speed Internet, Satellite TV, Digital TV, Telecom, CATV, MATV, Head-end, RF, Networking, and/or Computer Troubleshooting, OR a High School Diploma or GED plus THREE years of work experience.
You need a valid driver’s license and safe driving habits to operate our company vehicle. While you will primarily work in your assigned region, there will be occasional travel outside your area, along with on-call, overtime, and weekend work to meet service level agreements. Flexibility and adaptability to changing customer priorities are essential.
