Ledcor Technical Services is seeking a skilled Business Installation and Repair Technician to install and service telecom systems across North America. You will travel to customer locations, install voice, data, security and VoIP equipment, and maintain systems while leveraging strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years of experience in Telecommunication networks or related electrical fields.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working independently and strong technical aptitude.
• Working knowledge of Cisco systems or similar equipment manufacturers.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain various voice, data, security and VoIP systems and equipment.
• Ensure work orders are completed by leveraging customer service skills.
• Travel to customer locations within a defined geographic area to install services for our client.
• Use a laptop and software applications to configure and manage systems.
