Job summary

Ledcor Technical Services is seeking a skilled Business Installation and Repair Technician to install and service telecommunication systems across North America. You will travel to customer sites, install voice, data, security, and VoIP equipment, and ensure work orders are completed with high-quality service.

You should be comfortable working independently, possess strong technical aptitude, and have experience with Cisco or similar equipment. A field-based role with company vehicle is provided.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of experience in telecommunication networks or similar electrical fields.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working independently and strong technical aptitude.
• Working with Cisco systems or similar equipment manufacturers.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain voice, data, security and VoIP systems and equipment.
• Build on customer service skills to ensure work orders are completed.
• Travel to customer locations within a defined geographic area to install services for our client.
• Utilize a laptop and various software applications.
