Job summary

Ledcor Technical Services is seeking a Business Installation and Repair Technician to install and maintain voice, data, security, and VoIP systems across North America, with travel within defined regions. You will work from home-based dispatch to support client installations and service calls, utilizing laptops and software tools.

You should bring 1–5 years of telecom experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1 - 5 years of experience working with Telecommunication networks or similar electrical fields.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working independently and a strong technical aptitude.
• Working knowledge of Cisco systems or similar equipment manufacturers.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain, various voice, data, security and VoIP communication systems and equipment.
• Build on your customer service skills, ensure work orders are completed.
• Drive to and from customer locations in a defined geographic area performing installation of services on behalf of our client.
• Utilize a laptop computer and various software applications.
