Job summary

Ledcor Group’s Ledcor Technical Services (LTS) is seeking a field installation technician to install and maintain voice, data, security, and VoIP systems across a defined geographic area in the United States.

You will travel to customer locations in a company-provided vehicle, meet physical requirements, and engage with customers while leveraging a laptop and various software applications to complete work orders efficiently.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working independently and a strong technical aptitude.
• Working with Cisco systems or like equipment manufacturers.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain voice, data, security and VoIP systems and equipment.
• Build your customer service skills; ensure work orders are completed.
• Drive to and from customer locations in a defined geographic area performing installations.
• Utilize a laptop and various software applications.
