Job summary

Ledcor Technical Services seeks a skilled Business Installation and Repair Technician to install and maintain telecom systems across North America. You will travel to customer sites, respond to service requests, and keep work orders on track while delivering high-quality customer service.

Ideal candidates bring 1–5 years in telecom or related electrical fields, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently with solid technical aptitude. Cisco knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of experience working with Telecommunication networks or similar electrical fields.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working independently and a strong technical aptitude.
• Working knowledge of Cisco systems or similar equipment manufacturers.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain, various voice, data, security and VoIP communication systems and equipment
• Building on your customer service skills, you will ensure work orders are completed
• Drive to and from customer locations in a defined geographic area performing installation of services on behalf of our client
• Utilize a laptop computer and various software applications
