Qualifications

• 5 years supervisory experience in utility construction or similar.
• Field experience with digging operations and operating heavy equipment such as backhoe/loader, excavator, cable plow.

Responsibilities

• Lead, direct, and mentor Foreman and crews to meet on-time project completion and financial targets.
• Staff projects, recruit and retain talent, and promote career advancement.
