Job summary

MWH Constructors, Inc. is seeking an experienced Field Technology Manager to oversee survey and machine control equipment across multiple projects. You will manage GNSS/GPS bases, rover systems, total stations, and machine control cab kits, ensuring readiness and reliability in the field.

The role requires strong organization, field orientation, safety focus, and collaboration with SITECH and vendors. Travel to project sites and cross-functional coordination with project teams are essential

Qualifications

5+ years of professional experience in construction surveying, machine control, or related field.
Extensive knowledge of Trimble survey and construction technology.
Experience with GNSS/GPS base & rover systems.
Experience with robotic and/or conventional total stations.
Experience with construction machine control systems and cab kits.
Strong knowledge of Trimble software and field-to-office workflows.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Manage the company's survey and machine control equipment across multiple projects.
Maintain inventory records, condition, and service status; develop deployment processes.
Provide field technology support and troubleshooting for Trimble systems.
Coordinate maintenance, calibration, and repairs; track equipment through repair process.
Collaborate with SITECH and other vendors to keep equipment ready for deployment.
