Job summary

Schneider-Geomatics in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Survey Field Manager to lead development services survey field operations, supervise field staff, manage schedules, equipment, and safety, and partner with Project Managers to deliver high-quality data.

Qualifications

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of surveying experience; leadership experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of land surveying principles, GPS/GNSS, robotic total stations, and modern survey equipment.
  • Proficiency with Trimble Business Center (TBC), Civil 3D, and Microsoft Office.
  • Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license preferred.

Survey Field ManagerSurvey Field Manager We are seeking an experienced Survey Field Manager to lead our Development Services survey field operations and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. This leadership role oversees field personnel, equipment, scheduling, safety, and quality while partnering with Project Managers and company leadership to deliver exceptional results.

Work Environment

This full-time position combines office and field responsibilities with regular travel to project sites and occasional overnight travel.
