Job summary

M&T Enterprises is seeking a full-time GPS Field Technician to operate surveying equipment on our construction projects and support field operations.

You will record locations for compaction tests, perform as-built shots, and use GPS machine control technology across multiple sites. Travel to job sites daily, troubleshoot equipment, and ensure accurate data collection is essential.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of construction operations and field practices
• Ability to work outside in varying weather throughout the day
• Willingness to travel to multiple job sites daily
• Effective communication with team members and site personnel
• Valid driver's license and clean driving history

Responsibilities

• Operate surveying equipment on construction projects to collect data
• Record location data for compaction tests and as-built shots
• Use GPS machine control tech to support field operations
• Assist GPS curb machine operations and ensure proper function
• Diagnose and calibrate machine control equipment on-site
• Travel to various job sites to monitor project progress
